Singapore Primary Care Conference 2026 (Day 2)

Published On: May 16, 2026

From vision to action — Day 2 of the Singapore Primary Care Conference 2026 focused on strengthening the people, partnerships and professional identity that sustain primary care.

Building on the conversations from Day 1 on sustainability, innovation and health system transformation, Day 2 turned towards the practical work of strengthening resilient primary care through multidisciplinary collaboration, workforce well-being, community partnerships and continuous learning.

Across symposiums, workshops and plenaries, discussions centred on pandemic preparedness, integrated care, professional identity formation and team-based care — reinforcing an important message: resilient primary care is built not only through systems and innovation, but through strong teams, shared values and trusted relationships within our communities.

As SPCC 2026 comes to a close, we reflect on two meaningful days of learning, collaboration and shared purpose — bringing together more than 700 participants, 145 submissions from 8 countries across the region, and 37 sessions spanning plenaries, symposiums, workshops and scientific presentations.

Thank you to all speakers, faculty, organisers, sponsors and participants for contributing to the rich discussions and collaborative spirit that continue to strengthen primary care in Singapore and beyond.
