Review Sutra is an initiative by the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) aimed at conducting structured surveys and in-depth reviews on topics of strategic and practical importance to family physicians.

The inaugural project under this initiative is CMS Sutra, which focuses on one of the most critical operational pillars of private practice — the Clinic Management System (CMS). With the implementation of Healthier SG, all participating family physicians are required to adopt CMS platforms that are compatible with Healthier SG requirements.

Under CMS Sutra, we surveyed and conducted detailed evaluations of the five most widely used CMS platforms in Singapore, assessing how they perform in real-world clinical settings. These platforms were reviewed and benchmarked across three review cycles, allowing for longitudinal comparison and deeper insights into system performance, usability, and practice impact over time.
