Bridging Oceans, Building Bonds
The College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) had the privilege of hosting our colleagues from Mount Sinai — Dr Eric Barna, Dr Tao Xu and Ms Yue Wenqi — for a Peranakan dinner infused with Singapore’s local flavours.
More than hospitality, the evening marked a celebration of the strong partnership we share and treasure. Together with the CFPS Council, Family Physicians from the first two batches of the CFPS–Starry Night Foundation Leadership Programme reconnected with our Mount Sinai colleagues. They reflected on the transformative two-week observership that had imparted invaluable lessons in patient-centered care, healthcare leadership and innovative models of practice.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Mount Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai International for warmly hosting our Family Physicians in New York, and to the Starry Night Foundation for making this leadership programme possible. We look forward to building on this partnership to create new opportunities for collaboration that will strengthen our fraternity to advance Family Medicine in Singapore and beyond.
Thank you once again to our friends at Mount Sinai for your friendship, generosity and commitment to strengthen primary care leadership and global collaboration in Family Medicine together.
