Abstract

In Singapore, sex with a minor is considered a seizable offence. The law dictates that anyone aware of such an offence being committed has a duty to inform the authorities. Doctors often come across this type of sticky situation and are sometimes unsure of what to do next. This article deals with the ethical and legal considerations when faced with such a situation.
