Review of last year’s published data showed several concepts evolving into tools that may be translated into clinical use, aswell as some new discoveries. This update will review thechanges to the GINA guidelines, control strategies that differ from these guidelines, pathophysiology, as well as exhaled markers of asthma and its development.
