The College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) recently concluded a successful 2-week Family Medicine Leadership Program in collaboration with Mount Sinai International.

From 21 April to 2 May 2025, five of our Family Medicine colleagues and College members had the incredible opportunity to participate in a clinical observership at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Mornings were spent observing clinical practice across various departments, while afternoons were filled with rich, thought-provoking discussions on leadership, systems, and innovation in healthcare.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mount Sinai International for their outstanding coordination and support in putting this programme together. Your efforts in engaging multiple departments and curating such a meaningful experience made this a truly enriching and memorable journey for all of us. We also extend our gratitude and thanks to The Starry Night Foundation for funding this programme.

Together, we continue to strengthen primary care leadership and global collaboration in Family Medicine.
