Category 1A: Participation at local pre-approved activities

1.         Pre-approved Established Programmes such as the Grand Ward Rounds, Teaching / Tutorial Sessions, Structured Training

2.         FM Training Programmes organized by ATCs, DGMS and CFPS

a)      Collegiate Membership of the College (MCFP) Programme

b)      Family Medicine Fellowship Programme  (Consists of 24 grand round sessions)

c)       Family Medicine Training Programme (FMTP) Modular Course (consists of 32 workshops)

d)      Graduate Diploma in Dermatology ( DGMS )

e)      Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (Consists of 32 workshops, 8 Tutorials, Consultation, Communication & Counselling Skills Course (CCC), Principle and Practice (P&P) of Family Medicine Skills Course, Professionalism, Ethics & Law (PEL) Skills Course, elective Family Practice Skills Courses conducted by the College, Clinical Revision Course

f)        Graduate Diploma in Geriatrics ( DGMS )

g)      MMed ( Family Medicine ) Programme A

h)      MMed (Family Medicine) Programme B (consists of 8 modules)

CFPS recognise 4 FM ATC to conduct core FM CME programmes. They are:

1.       College of Family Physicians Singapore

2.       SingHealth Polyclinics

3.       NHG Polyclinics

4.       Department of Family Medicine Continuing Care (FMCC) at SGH

The 3 criteria to be an ATC are:

1.       ATC must have a standing CME organising group in the organisation

2.       ATC must have regular published CME activities available on SMC’s website

ATC must have a proven track record of organising regular CME activities.

 

Category 1B: Participation at local ad-hoc activities

1.         CFPS Family Practice Skills Courses (FPSC)
